Leverage Point Advisory is a business name used by Leif Franco-Soto, an independent business advisor based in Santa Clarita, CA ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through leveragepointadvisory.co and its jobghosting.leveragepointadvisory.co subdomain, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Contact and booking information. If you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling details under its own privacy policy.

Client engagement data. If you engage us for a diagnostic or project, we collect the financial, billing, or operational data you provide for that engagement. This data is used only to produce your analysis and is deleted from our systems at the end of the engagement under our stated deletion protocol.

Analytics data. We use PostHog to understand how visitors use this site — page views, clicks, session behavior, referral source, and campaign (UTM) parameters. This is collected automatically via cookies and similar local storage and is not tied to your name unless you separately identify yourself (for example, by submitting a form).
